The Company

Access Dinghies is here to provide a service to the community, a service to its employees, and if it does that successfully, contrary to modern business practice, last on the list are the shareholders.

Access Dinghies were conceived around the ideals of simplicity in design with cost efficient manufacturing procedures and minimal waste, an enriching and positive work place for employees, and minimal negative impact on the environment.

Over 1200 Access Dinghies are sailed in fifteen countries throughout the world with 65% of Access Dinghies built going outside Australia. Currently Access Dinghies are responsible for introducing between 200,000 - 400,000 people per annum to sailing.

Assisted by the Australian Government, Access Dinghy Sailing Systems has received four AusIndustry Research & Development Grants, and is participating in the Export Market Development Grants initiative through Austrade.
